This policy is valid only and exclusively for returns and claims relevant to parts with manufacturing defect and / or order errors in model.

We are not responsible for external expenses used in the installation of the spare part or auto part, or, for those expenses that arise due to delay or some other reason that triggers the installation of the part in the car. It is the client's responsibility to plan their time, installation costs and the disabling of their vehicle so that this can be done and in no way can they hold the company responsible for it.

Desire auto parts values the importance of maintaining the customer's privacy. and we appreciate the trust you show in providing information to us We make sure the customers information is secured.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify us immediately.
Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Parts returned to Desire Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will refund once we receive the shipment.WE DO NOT COVER LABOR COSTS . In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a refund for the total sale amount. All returns should reach us before the warranty expires, so as to get the refund. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the return is due to any other reasons than the one stated above, (such as customer ordered a wrong part, customer does not need the part etc) returns may subject to a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. Please Verify with a mechanical or body expert the actual part needed before ordering. We make sure we send correct parts. Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted

Engine

Engines are sold as complete Assemblies including Long Block, Cylinder Head, Exhaust and Intake Manifold Timing Chain, Timing Cover Fuel Injector Water pump and Oil pan, however we guarantee only on the long block other parts such as Oil pan, timing cover, A\C compressor, Alternator, starter, Distributor, Seals, Gaskets and Fuel injection or Carburetor may need to be replaced for better performance of the Engine. We also do not promise on miles however we will make sure that the engine is in running condition before it is shipped out

Transmission Assembly

Transmissions We make sure the gears are good bearings are good it shifts fine with out any glitch , However when it comes to manual Transmissions the Flywheel needs to be turned before installation. Seals and Gaskets needs to be replaced prior to installation

Drive shafts

When it comes to Drive shafts we guarantee the shaft itself to be in good condition without any bends or dents on it with weld to weld measurment , ‘U’ joints or Ball joints may need to be replaced prior to installation

Body Parts

Body parts such as Hood , doors , fender, bumper assemblies , quater panel pick up beds and tailgates , might have slight cosmetic defects as per the age of the vehicle and are not guaranteed to be in mint condition you understand and agree that you are buying a USED part and not a brand new part We will make sure that the part is not dented, heavily rusted or Very bad in condition we send pics of any body parts you buy and after your approval only of the pics we ship the part and NO RETURNS ON BODY PARTS WHAT SO EVER, We also do not promise on colors or shades when it comes to Body parts

ECM, BCM & TCM etc

ECM, BCM & TCM etc. WARRANTY Computers are guaranteed to have the correct manufacture’s part number, however all modules might need to be Re-programmed by the dealer or a certified auto body shop before installation and parts like Modules have a replacement warranty only.

STEERING COLUMN

We guarantee the Steering column to be straight and not to be bent , however we do not guarantee the electrical switches, Steering wheels & intermediate shaft.

CYLINDER HEAD

Cylinder heads are guaranteed not to be Cracked or Warped however this needs to re-machine and also we do not warranty on valves

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the invoice copy and the transaction receipt of the charged amount . This means that we have received your order in our system and you have authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically start working on it. We will try our best to deliver your order in 5–7 business days. However Desire Auto Parts takes no responsibility in delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard. Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.once you place the order we will try to ship the part in 24-48 Business hours and update you the tracking number by email

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to [email protected] and we will start investigating on your order to see what happen and accordingly we will process replacement or refund.
